- Special "Baccara Discovery" and "Baccara Membership" rates are only valid in with a one time upfront payment, payed by credit card or by wire transfer; if you choose to pay your "Baccara Membership" ( 6 or 12 months ) monthly , the standard rate of EUR 39 EUR/month is applicable.
- Your membership starts the day we received your payment and your membership card got activated (see below); A few weeks before the expiry date of your membership, you will receive a proposal to extend your membership.
- At Christmas eve, new years eve, St-Valentines or in combination with any other promotional activity (lunch, menu all-in, todays special, buffet, ...), the Baccara offer is not valid, unless specifically mentioned by the restaurant at the time of reservation.
- If you offer Baccara membership to family, friends or a business contact as a gift, you have to submit the name, address and telephone number or e-mail address of the beneficiary, or you will receive a specimen card that can be activated by the beneficiary by a simple call to our customer service desk.
- In case you don't have an net connection, you can always call our help desk, they will be available for you at 0800/99 678 (between 06:00 and 22:00 on weekdays and between 08:00 and 20:00 in the weekend) to help you with anything concerning your membership or complaints.
- Changes to our rates and member benefits are noticed in advance in our newsletter and on our website (www.baccara.be always contains the latest and valid information only).
